Hi Everyone:
I wanted to send out a quick update as to where we are at. We have been
finalizing and testing the report for a few weeks now. Many secretaries
have accessed the demo/test version and had very positive things to say. If
you would like to send out info to the secretaries on how to access the
demo/test version they would probably appreciate it. To access it:
Go to www.kiwanisportal.com <http://www.kiwanisportal.com/>
and enter:
Email: reporting@clubresource.com
Password: kiwanis
There will be a link on the page to access the demo/test version.

The attached document
(document) describes how club secretaries will be able to access
the new online monthly reporting system starting on November 1st.
Also, the message below from the developer, Scott Smith, gives you a web
address, user name (email address) and password to access the demo version
of the monthly report, if you would like to see what the reporting format
will look like.
Lt. Governors will be contacted within the next 10 days and given access
information for their division reports. Lt. Governors are also requested to
pass this email on to all secretaries in their division to be sure we are
reaching all of our 540 clubs.
Club secretaries - if you receive this email from your Lt. Governor, but NOT
from the my email address as well, please send an email to
office@cnhkiwanis.org and give us
your current email address, name and club.
We will add you to our email list.
